Die Zimmer im Aelius befinden sich auf der 2. und 3. Etage eines historischen römischen Gebäudes. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und in warmen Farbtönen gehalten und verfügen über Fliesenböden. Zur Ausstattung der Zimmer gehören ein TV und ein Kühlschrank.

Das Frühstück wird in einem nahe gelegenen Café serviert.

Das Aelius liegt nur 15 Gehminuten vom Trevi-Brunnen und der Spanischen Treppe entfernt.
