Located on a hill overlooking Port Phillip Bay, Arthurs Superb Views offers luxurious suites with a double spa bath and a private balcony with ocean and city views.

The air-conditioned suites have a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and an iPod docking station. Each suite has a minibar, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.

Arthurs Superb Views Arthurs Seat is 5 minutes’ drive from Dromana Beach, and 10 minutes' drive from Safety Beach. The Peninsula Hot Springs are a 20-minute drive away.

There are also a number of restaurants and vineyards within a 10-minute drive.
